Room A, B, C, D, E?
These are simply internal room labels, so it doesn’t matter which one you book — the experience will be just as thrilling!

Playtime
After a short introduction of about 15 minutes, you’ll have 60 exciting minutes to make your escape!

Group size
Each room is suitable for 2 to 6–8 players.
If you’d like to book multiple rooms, just repeat the booking process.

For larger groups of up to around 90 people or company events, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help organize your perfect outing.

Minimum age
Players aged 14 and up can play independently.
Younger participants are welcome under adult supervision.

Last-minute bookings
For last-minute bookings (today, tomorrow, or the day after), please contact us by phone or WhatsApp so we can check availability for you right away.

Cancellations
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled start time (using the link in your confirmation email).
For bookings with multiple rooms, the cancellation period adds up (2 rooms = 6 days, 3 rooms = 9 days, etc.).
Within this period, we can only reschedule your booking — you’ll then receive an invoice and voucher.

You can change the number of rooms up until a week before.

Amsterdam location
Just a 500-meter walk from Central Station, Xitroom Amsterdam offers five unique escape rooms located in the basement of a beautiful historic canal house.
You’ll be right in the heart of old Amsterdam, with the lively Nieuwmarkt, cozy bars, restaurants, and the famous Red Light District all less than 500 meters away.

Parking Amsterdam
You can park along the canal or in the Oosterdok parking garage just across the street.

Eindhoven location
Find us on Voorterweg — enter the small alley right next to number 150.
Only 800 meters from the vibrant Stratumseind nightlife area, you can play two immersive escape rooms here — perfect for an unforgettable outing!

Parking Eindhoven
Parking is available just around the corner on Gabriël Metsulaan.

Wheelchair accessibility
Our Eindhoven location is fully wheelchair accessible.
In Amsterdam, the rooms are located in a basement, accessible via a short staircase with a wide entrance door.
Once inside, the rooms themselves are wheelchair friendly. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Game & alcohol
For safety and the best possible experience, playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
Please treat the rooms and their props with care — our game hosts will ensure a safe and fun adventure for everyone.

Waiting area
Relax in our cozy waiting area before or after your game — perfect for a drink and a chat about your escape experience.
